Southern Hills Country Club has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Director. The successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities on property, including commercial kitchens, swimming pools, recreation centers, gathering areas, and office space.
  • Work with A/E firms and general contractors to plan and execute new construction and renovation projects, coordinating and directing activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide direction and supervision to housekeeping, laundry, clubhouse maintenance and security personnel.
  • Maintain a safe, beautiful and functional environment for all members, guests and employees of the organization.
  • Ensure proper fiscal management, identify and implement cost controls, and prepare capital and operational budgets.
  • Formally present to the Board of Governors and various committees proposals for upcoming projects, solutions for identified problems, and results of completed work.
