Summary:  The successful candidate will assist with leading our Outside Golf Services team, including Club Storage, the Practice Facilities and the Club's Caddy Program, in providing the unique Southern Hills experience to our members, their families and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class service to every member and guest
  • Oversee the cart fleet
  • Manage the caddy program, including recruitment, training and scheduling of caddies
  • Be accountable for the financial aspects of the Outside Services operations, such as labor and budget
  • Work harmoniously with the Southern Hills team

Qualifications:               

  • 1-3 years of golf operations experience in a country club setting preferred
  • College degree or equivalent years of industry experience preferred
  • Fit with the Southern Hills culture and values
